The Fellowship for Leadership in Atmospheric Environment and Air Quality Management in East Asia, co-organized by EANET and Fudan University, aims to enhance leadership in air quality management. Open to participants from the EANET countries, the program includes on-site research at Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and at the Network Center for the EANET, in Niigata, Japan.
